Fairplay Deposit - Add Money to Your Account

Making a deposit on the Fairplay platform is a simple way to add funds to your account balance. Log in with your Fairplay ID, open the Deposit section, select an available payment method, enter your deposit amount and check the payment details before you continue.

Available payment options, minimum deposit amounts and processing details depend on your account and payment provider. Always check the current deposit limits and payment information shown on the deposit screen before making a payment.

How to Deposit Money on Fairplay

Add money to your Fairplay account through the Deposit section. Choose an available payment method, enter your amount and follow these simple steps.

  1. Sign in – Login to Fairplay.
  2. Open Deposit – Go to the Wallet or Deposit section.
  3. Choose Payment Method – Select an available bank, UPI or other payment option.
  4. Enter Amount – Add an amount within the deposit limits shown on your account.
  5. Follow Payment Instructions – Complete the steps shown by your bank, UPI app or payment provider.
  6. Confirm Payment – Finish the transaction and keep your payment reference for your records.
  7. Check Deposit Status – Return to Fairplay and check your wallet balance or current deposit status.

Fairplay Deposit Methods

The cashier shows the payment routes currently enabled for your account. Depending on availability, these routes include Indian payment options such as UPI or bank-based methods. Use only a method displayed inside the official deposit screen. 

UPI Deposit

Choose UPI when it appears in the cashier, enter the deposit amount and follow the payment request. Check the payee details before approval, then keep the UTR or transaction reference after payment.

Bank and Other Payment Methods

If Fairplay lists a bank or another payment provider, follow the exact details on that screen. Do not send funds to an account shared through an unknown message or unofficial social profile.

Where to Check Your Deposit Status

Open the wallet or transaction history after payment. The account area shows the deposit record and its current status when that feature is available. 

Deposit Not Showing?

  • Check whether the payment completed in your bank or UPI app. 
  • Compare the amount with the deposit request. 
  • Keep the UTR, payment ID or transaction reference. 
  • Check the Fairplay transaction history. 
  • Contact official Fairplay support with the payment reference if the balance still does not update.

Deposit Safety

Use your own verified payment method where the platform requires it. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password with anyone. Fairplay support only needs the transaction details required to check the payment.
